Too Big?

 In the United States,obesity has been a problem and has been getting worse. Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)
have confirmed that obesity has experience increase in children over the years. In the past 30 years, children obesity has doubled (in children). Children from the ages 6-11 in the U.S. (who were obese) have increased to 7% in 1980 and nearly 18% in 2012.
    However the obesity percentage for young adults from the ages 12-19 (who were obese) have increased from 5% to nearly 21% in the same period of time.


Progressing to Americans progressively more obese caused by eating disorders,laziness,and just the over all processed environment.The signs of your body telling you that it is overweight is when your clothes become too small or tight, breathlessness,you feel more tired, high blood pressure etc. 


There are many helpful ways to prevent obesity from happening to you. Be physically active! What this means is that,  you can do active things with your wonderful body like running,doing a sport,exercising,hiking etc.Anything that involves moving around and getting your heart rate up! Another way by lowering the risk of obesity is having a healthy lifestyle! Eat more fruit and vegetables and drink water not just sugary drinks.All you have to do is, take a little bit of time out of your day and get active!
